+ What does your company do?

Divine Property Solutions specializes in locating and recovering overages or surplus funds that results from a foreclosure sale. We find the rightfully owner to help them recover their money to their pockets.

+ Where does this money come from?

When a property goes into foreclosure auction and it sells more than what is owed to the creditors and lien holders. The difference should go back to the original homeowner or their heirs. If the money isn't claim in a certain amount of time, the government will escheat it, and it will go back to the government agency. 

+ In what areas do we work?

We do government audits all over the country but we originated in Connecticut.

+ How did you find me?

We discovered overage funds, we use various research and skip tracing methods, as well as internet searches to find the rightful owner.

+ Where is my claim being held and how much is it?

We do not charge up front fees, so it's our policy to not disclose the location of the funds until an agreement is signed. Once the contingency fee agreement is signed, we will gladly disclose the location of the funds.

+ Why do I need to use your company to find my money?

The government agencies that are holding the funds don't post these online and will not show up in an internet search. If you don't use a professional service like us, there will be a slim chance you will find it your own.

+ Does Divine Property Solutions charge a fee to file the claim.

We do not charge any upfront fees. Divine Property Solutions absorbs all the costs associated with filing the claim and recovering the funds. We only get paid if you get paid! If we can not recover your money, which rarely happens, then you pay nothing. We get paid from a portion of the funds recovered with the client.

+ How long does the whole process take to receive the money?

Each government agency has different procedures and timelines. Depending on the agency and the type of claim, it can take as little as 10 days from filing date or it can take up to 90 days. 

+ How do I start the recovery process?

Reach out to us by phone, text message, or email and a representative will discuss your claim in detail and send the paperwork out to you via mobile notary. Once we have the signed paperwork, we will put your claim package together and file it with the proper agency within 48 hours. We will keep in touch throughout the process.
