We will send you a few pages of documents via mobile notary. Once all pages are signed, we put the claims package together and file the claim with the proper agency. We Cover ALL expenses and legals fees and we ONLY get paid upon successful collection of your claim. If we are unsuccessful (very rare), it costs you nothing.
We Fight For Your Claim
We will constantly follow up with the agency throughout the whole process to keep the claim moving forward and to respond to any additional requests made by the agency. We specialize in this area and we know how to navigate though each step of the agency's procedures to claim and recover that money in a timely manner.
We Ensure Your Claim Money Is In Your Hands
Once the claim is approved, we will notify you with the awesome news! The agency will send out a check and we will send you your funds within 10 days.
Timeframe
Once we received your signed paperwork, we will immediately file your claim to the government agency that is holding your funds. The length of time can vary by each state and county and the complexity of the claim. Funds will be issued around 3-4 weeks but can take up to 3 months.
